Rules of the Raffle

Each township has the possibility of registering twice for the raffle.

  • 1 First raffle opportunity is online through the below form until 4/21/2024. All online entries will have a raffle ticket placed into the spinner. Stop by booth #102 to pick up your half.
  • 2 Second in-person raffle opportunity is in person during the Expo 4/22 - 4/24, until 10am. Stop by booth #102 to drop your ticket into the spinner.
  • 3 A random ticket will be chosen at 10:30am on 4/24/2024. The first ticket picked is considered the winner.
  • 4 The winner will be notified by email and phone on 4/24.

Two More Tickets Will Be

Drawn, Just In Case

On Wednesday, April 24th at 10:30 am Civic Clarity will pull three entries from our raffle spinner.  The first entry is considered the winner and the 2nd and 3rd entries are pulled in case the 1st entry is unable to commit to the website project.

Winning township must submit a scope of project quote request by 5/17/2024 and Civic Clarity will return a quote within 2 business days.  The quote will include the $1000 deduction.

If the township does not accept the quote and agree to start the website project by June 1st, Civic Clarity has the right to cancel the offer with entry #1 and move to entry #2 on the list.

This $1,000 value donation can not be added to any other discounts offered by Civic Clarity at the Expo.
